The Lounge is back open for 2023 with a new Asian-inspired menu. The menu is drawing on the passion and experience of the new chef, Elliot. Elliot has a background in pan-Asian cuisine and takes inspiration from Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Indian dishes bringing some exciting new flavours to your lunch.

New menu items include Kimbap a Korean hoi-sin pulled pork sushi served with Asian slaw and Vegan Poke Bowl an Asian cold rice salad with edamame, avocado, tenderstem broccoli and beetroot served with crispy tofu and bloody orange syrup. Traditional dishes still appear on the menu such as kiln roast salmon, steak baguette and homemade fish pie.

The Lounge is located in County South and offers relaxed bistro dining for staff and students, the perfect place to go on campus for a lunchtime treat. Open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with lunch being served between 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm.
