Join us in celebrating the festival of social sciences for an exciting, family-friendly event led by staff and medical students from Lancaster University Medical School. Explore the fascinating connections between anatomy, identity, and well-being through an engaging outreach event.

By weaving together science and society, the event will help you understand how anatomy is more than just diagrams in a textbook. It is lived and experienced daily in how we see ourselves, manage our health, and navigate our increasingly digital lives. This family-friendly event encourages everyone to discover, reflect, and connect.

Join us to celebrate the body’s wonders and the diverse stories it tells because understanding our anatomy helps us understand each other.

You will be able to:

- Celebrate skin diversity with our wall of shades

- Test your pulse and see how your heart rate responds to emotions

- Discover brain diversity and try stress relief techniques

- Share your story through art and affirmations
