Event Details

This class will help to prepare participants interested in taking GCSE level Chinese.

This class is for children aged 11 years old and over with the following minimum knowledge:

• Upper beginner level or above in listening and speaking Mandarin. (This means understanding and managing daily life conversations is essential for this class.)
• Lower beginner level or above in reading and writing Chinese characters. (About HSK 1 Level)
• Learners of simplified or traditional Chinese characters are all welcome.

Time: Mondays, 4.30-5.30pm

Dates: 20 April to 13 July 2026.

The class will not take place on 4 May and 25 May 2026.

Location: Lancaster University Confucius Institute (The Roundhouse)
