Erika Fülöp joins the Board of Directors of the Electronic Literature Organization

Dr Erika Fülöp, Senior Lecturer in French Studies at DeLC Lancaster, has been elected to join the Board of Directors of the Electronic Literature Organization.
Together with two colleagues, Dr Lai-Tze Fan, of the University of Waterloo, Canada, and Dr Reham Hosny, of Minia University, Egypt, Erika joins the ELO’s all-volunteer Board of Directors who serve renewable three-year terms. For the first time, the three new directors were drawn from a set of nominations from ELO’s members.
The Electronic Literature Organization was founded in 1999 to foster and promote the reading, writing, teaching, and understanding of literature as it develops and persists in a changing digital environment. Today, it represents a global and growing community of authors, artists, and creators of electronic literature. Its annual conference, exhibition, and festival offer a forum for new works and emerging artists as well as for scholarship on the history and diversity of digital literary creativity.
