Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe - Stella James of Bionow
The next Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe will take place on Wednesday 6th March at 9am in the Business Lounge at Health Innovation One.
Stella James of Bionow, a not-for-profit organisation supporting the biomedical, pharma and life sciences sectors across the North of England, will discuss the organisation’s activities and impact and how to maximise Lancaster’s membership through academic activities, student engagement and promoting research and spinouts.
The weekly Collaboration Cafes give colleagues the chance to meet up over their morning coffee and discuss a different topic each week. The format sees a chosen speaker deliver a short provocation before the floor is opened to colleagues.
There are opportunities to meet people from across campus who are interested in health research and knowledge exchange, with relevant external stakeholders often invited to take part in the discussion. Refreshments are provided and the event closes at 9:45am to allow colleagues with other commitments to return to main campus for 10am.
