Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe+ - MENO-Kit the UK’s first evidence-based menopause workplace toolkit.
Dr Abby Morris of the Division of Health Research will discuss her work with Wellbeing of Women to create the MENO-Kit toolkit available for workpaces free of charge to support employers across the UK respond more effectively to menopause in the workplace, boosting retention, improving wellbeing and helping to build more inclusive workplace cultures. This Collaboration Cafe will be followed by a 1 hour workshop led by Abby on how you can embed the kit in your workplace.
The weekly Collaboration Cafes give colleagues the chance to meet up over their morning coffee and discuss a different topic each week. The format sees a chosen speaker deliver a short provocation before the floor is opened to colleagues.
There are opportunities to meet people from across campus who are interested in health research and knowledge exchange - with relevant external stakeholders often invited to take part in the discussion.
Refreshments are provided and the event closes at 9:45am to allow for colleagues with other commitment to return to main campus for 10am.
