Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe - Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust & Digital Skills for Young People.
The next Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe will take place on Wednesday 11th June at 9am in the Business Lounge at Health Innovation One.
This Collaboration Cafe welcomes Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCft) to discuss developing a programme to support young people who have experienced its services by sparking their passion for digital skills and innovation. A collaboration of regional partners will provide rich and varied experiences to build confidence and work towards apprenticeship and employment opportunities. Vikki Armstrong, LSCft's Head of Digital Business Relationships, will share the latest updates on the programme and opportunities for engagement.
The weekly Collaboration Cafes give colleagues the chance to meet up over their morning coffee and discuss a different topic each week. The format sees a chosen speaker deliver a short provocation before the floor is opened to colleagues.
There are opportunities to meet people from across campus who are interested in health research and knowledge exchange - with relevant external stakeholders often invited to take part in the discussion. Refreshments are provided and the event closes at 9:45am to allow for colleagues with other commitment to return to main campus for 10am.
