Who We Are
The Regional Heritage Centre (RHC) promotes and celebrates the rich social and cultural heritage of North West England by engaging with the regional community.
Established in 2014, the Regional Heritage Centre promotes and celebrates the rich social and cultural heritage of North West England by engaging with the regional community.
On Saturday 8 February 2025, Dr Alan Crosby (British Association for Local History) will be back for another of his popular one-man study days – this time on Riot and Rebellion: popular dissent and protest in the North West 1500-1850. Alan’s events are always a highlight of the RHC calendar, and tend to sell out quickly, and this one is for an in-person audience only - so don't delay, book your tickets through our Online Store now
Then on Saturday 1 March 2025, it's the 52nd Annual Archaeology Forum. With a great line up of speakers looking at developments in archaeology in the North West, it's your chance to catch up on the year's biggest stories. Once again we are live-streaming the presentations for those of you who can't be in the room - and we've got a discount for students with current ID too. So don't miss it - get your Archaeology Forum tickets here
