Barry RowlingsonResearch Fellow
I am part of the Chicas Research Group in the Medical School, working mostly on the application of spatial statistics to disease epidemiology and mapping problems.
- Spatial Statistics Software Development
- Open Source Geospatial Software
I do a small amount of undergraduate teaching on modelling of disease outbreaks, and I am developing MSc modules in R and spatial data analysis. I'm also creating an online course on Spatial Statistics in R together with DataCamp, an interactive platform to learn R and data science.
