Dmytro Iatsenko, who recently completed his PhD in the Physics Department under Professor Aneta Stefanovska, has been awarded a Springer Thesis Prize for his work on Nonlinear Mode Decomposition. The award comprises a prize of €500 and the publication of the work in the collection of outstanding Springer Theses.

The award comprises a prize of €500 and the publication of the work in the collection of outstanding Springer Theses.

Now in it's sixth year, this program has so far helped to disseminate the work of over 400 talented young scientists, many of whom have gone on to win other awards, or take up leading research positions.
