Janet works with a method researched and developed by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, to guide you into a deeply relaxed state and support healing on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

During a sound bath, your brain naturally entrains to the frequencies of the instruments, helping it slow from an active Beta state into calmer Alpha and Theta waves, and sometimes even into deep Delta brain waves associated with meditation and restoration.

You’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and therapeutic percussion. The sound surrounds and supports you throughout your journey, gently guiding you back into the space at the end.

We all need time to slow down, step away from the mental chatter, and release everyday stresses. Join Janet for an hour of calm, restorative relaxation and give yourself permission to truly unwind.

Mats will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring along a warm blanket/pillow for your comfort.
