Graduation day is one of the most joyful occasions of the year, and we are really looking forward to helping you celebrate your day with friends, family, and staff from the Cartmel College community.

Cartmel has three graduation ceremonies over two days, on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th July. If you are graduating, you will have received details of your graduation time from the Ceremonies office. If you’ve not yet had a registration link, or you have any other queries regarding this, please contact ceremonies@lancaster.ac.uk or look at the graduation ceremonies webpage.
Before the ceremony at 4:30pm, the College is holding a free graduation celebration in Barker House Farm, Cartmel College. Expect live music, a free glass of fizz, sweet treats, and hopefully plenty of sunshine! This is a great opportunity to see all your Cartmel friends, share in the celebrations, and take your own photographs.
After your ceremony, we have a college photograph at 6pm behind the back of the LICA building, in County Square. Please come along in your robes for this photo.
For your convenience, there are free shuttle buses circling the campus, taking people between Southwest campus and North Campus.
On the Friday, we have a college photograph at 12pm behind the back of the LICA building, in County Square. Irrespective of which ceremony you are in, please come along in your robes for this photo. Those in the afternoon ceremony can get robed early in time for the photograph.
The free graduation celebration in Barker House Farm, Cartmel College, will be from 1pm to 5pm in Barker House, to account for two ceremonies taking place that day.
