Colleges | "Wobble Week" supporting student wellbeing

The Colleges are coming together this week to host Wobble Week, a series of activities designed to support any student who may be feeling overwhelmed or unsettled during their time at university.

Whether you’re missing home, struggling to find your place, finding it hard to stay motivated, noticing that your second year feels very different from your first, or adjusting to life in a new country and culture, Wobble Week is here to remind you that these feelings are completely normal. Everyone experiences moments of uncertainty or self‑doubt—a “wobble”—and they can happen to anyone, at any time. However you’re feeling, it’s OK.

Throughout the week, each College will host its own activity, open to all students from any College. These events offer a chance to take a break, meet others, and learn more about the range of help and support available within the College system.
