Take advantage of our new limited time offer, available to staff only, and move your office for the day. We are offering internal staff the opportunity to hire one of our two meeting spaces at Forrest Hills, located approximately 5 minutes drive from campus, at a significantly reduced rate. The tranquil surrounding area at Forrest Hills makes it the perfect setting for away days, workshops and team meetings, giving you the space to think, collaborate and recharge.
The spaces can be hired at a reduced rate of £14.95pp, which includes room hire, WiFi and AV, free parking, boxed lunch and 2 servings of tea and coffee. We have spaces suited for any group size, with our Lakeside Suite holding between 8 and 16 attendees, and our Reed Suite holding between 17 and 48 attendees. This offer is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from March 1- June 30 2026, subject to availability. The offer is only available for new bookings and can only be used by internal staff paying by cost code.
