We can't wait to welcome you back in the next few months. Following the Government's roadmap for re-opening, Lancaster University Conferences and Events+ and Guest rooms will reopen in phases maintaining safe and secure facilities at all times.

Step 2 - 12th April*

Guest Rooms

· Self-catered flats will be available for one household

· We will continue to provide accommodation for emergency workers and work/educational purposes

· Breakfast is still take away only

· Housekeeping will not enter bedrooms during a guest's stay

Conferences

· We will continue to provide meeting space for 30 people or less for critical business or educational meetings

Step 3 - 17th May*

Guest Rooms

· Fully open to all guests

· Indoor hospitality will reopen – breakfast can be eaten seated indoors

Conference

· We will be offering meetings for under 30 attendees with social distancing

· Catering can be provided and eaten indoors

Step 4 - 19th July*

No limitations or restrictions on meetings and events (subject to government guidance)
