This series of events held by Lancaster University brings together cyber leaders in the region to share practices, build supportive networks and bolster the cyber security leadership community in Lancashire and the North West.
Leadership in cyber security can be a heavy burden and has been reported as a lonely role. Gartner has undertaken research to explore the pressures of being a cyber leader. 62% of their respondants have personally experience burnout, 36% reported feelings of isolation, ad 62% highlighted the excessive pressure to work late nights and/or weekends.
What cyber leaders need is support!
This meetup for cyber leaders is designed for build that support network, so you have a peer support network that you can turn to when you need and others need it. But more than that, it is our communities chance to grow and develop.
