Culture Carnival

Over sixty students and staff attended the Culture Carnival on the 28th October to celebrate Black History Month. As part of the carnival there were performances of spoken word and dance, a fashion show, and an art exhibition and presentation. Attendees also learnt about the history of carnival through leaflets created and designed by Aj Lasaki. 

The Carnival was organised by Aj Lasaki, Victoria Nyoni, Malaika Mumma, and Joshua Chiefo-Ejiofobiri, with support from the EDI Team. Performances were from students at Lancaster University.
