Renwick Brutus is a dynamic entrepreneur, strategist, and mentor who brings a wealth of global experience to his role as Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School. With a career spanning finance, consulting, and leadership development, Renwick is passionate about unlocking human potential and fostering inclusive innovation. He is the founder and CEO of Achievement Resources, a consultancy focused on empowering individuals and organisations to achieve transformational growth through strategic thinking and emotional intelligence.

He will be presenting his workshop and Q&A on Black History Month, titled: Up From the Dump - Moving beyond disregard and EDI. This workshop will be focusing on both history and success with a coaching approach.
