To enable the read aloud function, please click the speaker icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You must then confirm that you want to enable this function by clicking “read aloud” in the pop up.
Please be advised that read aloud is only offered for the module content. This function also uses your phone or computer’s read aloud capabilities, so the voice and pronunciation may differ between devices.
All 9 of IBPIs modules can be found on the homepage. Please scroll down the page to see the modules.
If you have already navigated away from the homepage, you can return to the modules at any time by clicking the “home” button in the toolbar (left-hand side of the screen for desktop users, bottom of screen for mobile users) or by using the back arrow in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
The mood tracker is only available to users who have finished the reflection of module 4. This is because module 4 introduces the concept of mood tracking, which we recommend you familiarise yourself with before using the tracker to record your own moods.
Click on the mood tracker button in your toolbar (left-hand side of the screen for desktop users, bottom of screen for mobile users) to open the mood tracker. To input a mood, click the green “how are you today?” button in the top left-hand corner of your screen. Here you will be asked to state how you are feeling on a scale from –5 (severely low mood) to 5 (severely elevated mood). You will have the option to assign tags to represent commonly experienced moods, and notes to further describe either your mood or what you believe may have caused your mood to change.
If you would like to add a mood tracker entry for previous date, please use the “date” option in the middle of your screen after clicking “how are you today?”. You can either type your desired date into the text box, or use the calendar icon in the far right of this text box to select your desired date to make historical mood tracker entries.
The toolbox is where you will find any content that you have saved as either a highlight, favourite, or resource. For explanations of what each of these are, please see below.
A highlight is a short section of text from anywhere on the website that you find particularly important and would like to be able to access easily at a later time. You can create a highlight at any time by highlighting the desired text and clicking the “create highlight” button that appears.
Highlights will be saved to your toolbox.
A favourite is a full page of module content that you find particularly important and would like to be able to access easily at a later time. You can create a favourite by clicking the heart icon in the top right-hand corner of any module content screen.
Favourites will be saved to your toolbox.
The last page of each module is titled “Further Resources”. These pages will consist of a list of links to external resources that are related to the module content, which you might find helpful to supplement your learning. You can save any of these resources that you find particularly important and would like to be able to access easily at a later time. To save a resource, please click the heart icon that appears to the left of the resource’s name.
Resources will be saved to your toolbox.
