Lancaster University is entering into a new phase of its journey by implementing an ambitious IT strategy that will transform the way we operate to enhance the strategic goals of the University and further enhance our position as global leader that delivers impact and enhances society for all.

We are looking for suppliers who share our ambition and wish to partner with us to deliver the strategy.

The University would like to invite you to a ‘Meet the Buyers’ event to find out more about our ambitious programme of activity on Tuesday 8 August 2023.

The aim of the event is to give suitable suppliers an opportunity to engage with the University, find out about our upcoming IT Strategy, and discuss aspects of our requirements, prior to formal Procurement activity commencing in Autumn 2023.

This event will not form part of the Procurement activity and any information shared will be included as an appendix to future procurements to ensure that it is open, fair and no advantage is gained by suppliers who attend.

During the event, we will be looking to explore:

  • Innovation (incl. RPA, AI, VR, AR)

A limited number of 1 to 1 discussions will be available on the day with the potential for follow-up calls after the event for further discussions and clarifications.
