My research interests include effects of migration on regional economics, impacts of natural hazards on societies, effects of renewable and non-renewable energy policies on local economies, environmental economics, and strategic firm entry, growth, and exit.
I am a recipient of The Energy Journal’s Campbell Watkins Best Paper Award for 2020.
