This masterclass covers advanced topics in understanding consumer behaviour using discrete choice models, and integrating these demand models into operational models via pricing strategies and product assortment decisions. We will explore theoretical and practical aspects of various models from revenue management, sustainable transportation, and health care. There will be a hands-on lab session to apply some the models to a real-world problem at the end.
