In this talk, Patricia will discuss the main findings of her research and will relate these to her own process of making the moving image work Black Sun.

Patricia Townsend is an artist working with video, photography and installation. She is also a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a writer on psychoanalysis and the artist's creative process. As an Artist, she is interested in the interface between landscape or natural phenomena and the internal work of the imagination.
