The Ruskin welcomes the promotion of the collection through the authorised publishing and reproduction of images in our care, and by providing material for research.

To enquire about the availability of our images, please complete the form below. We aim to respond to your request as soon as possible.

Please be aware that:

Completing the form does not guarantee permission will be given. The provision of images and copies is at our discretion.
There may be a charge if we accept your image/copy request.
We are unable to provide images that are currently in copyright (where the artist/author is still alive or has died in the last 70 years).

Photo quality Inkjet Print A4 (210 x 297mm) 15.00
Photo quality Inkjet Print A3 (297 x 420mm) 25.00

New Photography costs per photograph:

Paintings, drawings, prints, music manuscripts, single leaf manuscripts, coins and medals £25.00
Illuminated manuscripts and samplers £35.00
3-D Objects (Antiquities and Applied Arts) £45.00

Turnaround time

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received orders for existing images are normally processed within 28 working days. Orders for new photography are normally processed within 8 weeks, subject to availability. The Ruskin reserves the right to charge an urgency surcharge for images required within 14 working days or for items that require special handling.
