Keep putting things off? You’re not alone. Let’s Talk is a relaxed, in-person space for students, graduates, and staff to explore ideas, share experiences, and get inspired in a supportive community. November's theme is Procrastination and we’re tackling it with discussion, reflection, and play.

Join Work in Progress for this month's 'Let's Talk' with Lancaster Graduate Maharani (Rani) Hariga. With a background in Tech, Rani's work cuts across all sectors to empower individuals and teams to develop creative confidence to make new things happen.

Whether you’re developing a creative project, figuring out your next steps, or simply curious to learn from others, Let's Talk is your place to grow through conversation, reflection, and action together. We meet monthly in the Work in Progress Studio with our facilitators Richard Baguley and Maharani (Rani) Hariga.

Join a small group of creative minds to:

• Build confidence and take real steps forward
• Reflect, connect, and leave with new insights
• Discover practical tools, networks, and next steps

During November's Let's Talk with Rani, we'll explore the theme of procrastination.

You can expect:

🕑 2pm–3pm:

💬 Let’s Talk About Procrastination

A guided, small-group discussion on why we procrastinate and how to move past it — with insights, laughter, and a few “aha!” moments along the way.

🕒 3pm–4pm:

🎲 The Wacky Idea Challenge

A spontaneous ideas generation game to kick procrastination to the curb. You’ll have just a few minutes to dream up a fun idea and share it - no pressure, no perfection. Just creativity, confidence, and good energy.
