A Materials Science MSc by Research offers you an exciting opportunity to undertake and manage your own research project at the interface between different disciplines. Areas of research fall within (but are not limited to) the diverse portfolio of our academic staff in the Departments of Chemistry, Engineering and Physics, and the Faculty of Health and Medicine.
The Natural Sciences MSc by Research programme offers you the chance to undertake and manage a one-year project combining multiple scientific research areas. This course will provide you with training in academic, technical or analytical skills relevant to your chosen research area and will give you a firm grounding for further research in academia or industry.
