Research Overview

Currently I am a PhD student in linguistics at the department of Linguistics and English Language, Lancaster University. Before I start my PhD study, I worked as a lecturer in a university in Northern China after receiving MA in TESOL from University of York.

My research interest lies with second language acquisition, morphology and bilingualism. Particularly, my PhD project aims to investigate children’s learning of morphology in an artificial language paradigm. I am also interested in teacher-learner interactions and the effectiveness of feedback in learning process.
