Guest Bedrooms
During term time, there are 80 en suite Guest Bedrooms available to visitors on Lancaster University’s Bailrigg Campus, rising to 1000 during vacation periods, comprising of twin, single, and double rooms.
Facilities
Facilities in each room include a desk, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, linen, tea and coffee-making facilities, and free Wi-Fi available across the campus.
Bed & Breakfast
For guests who choose the Bed & Breakfast option, a full English buffet-style and/or continental breakfast is served each morning at The Marketplace and Barkers, just a 2-minute walk from Guest Bedrooms.
Group Bookings
As well as double, twin, and single bedrooms, groups of over ten people can also choose to stay in a fully equipped flat with self-catering amenities. Bed & Breakfast can also be chosen when booking a flat. A £10 deposit per person is required to secure a Group Booking.
Vacation Accommodation
Just a 10-minute drive from Lancaster train station, with easy access to the Lake District, Manchester, Liverpool, and London, our Guest Bedrooms are the perfect vacation accommodation throughout the summer months.
Graduation Accommodation
For guests attending a graduation ceremony at Lancaster University, Guest Bedrooms are situated only a short walk from the ceremonies, in the centre of the celebrations.

Car parking is not included in the room rate and costs £5.50 per day, Monday to Friday. A ticket can be purchased from the pay and display machines on arrival.
