Types of feedback you can send

When you send feedback, you can tell us about four kinds of things:

• An error with a room name, number, floorplan, path or route on MazeMap.
• Suggest a new point of interest (POI) to be added to MazeMap.
• An error with a room name or location on Planon.
• A change, or planned change, to the stated purpose of a room or how a room is used.

Tips for giving good feedback

Be as specific as possible. If you're not sure what something is called, you can describe it instead. The more we know, the more likely that we will be able to correct it. Remember to include as much information as you can. Tell us what needs to be changed and why, what it should be changed to and when it should be changed.

Please continue to use the Planon Report a Fault page or the ‘Fix a Fault’ function in the iLancaster mobile app to submit maintenance or cleaning requests. The MazeMap and Planon Space Data Update Form is only used to submit requests to update and add space data information.
