An exploratory workshop to examine how social housing organisations can improve service delivery through enhanced use of data.

An exploratory workshop to examine how social housing organisations can improve service delivery through enhanced use of data.

We will consider:

  • What is meant by data maturity within an organisation?
  • How can improved use of information enable an organisation to achieve it strategic objectives?
  • What questions should senior leaders ask their technical staff when considering data use?
  • What are the key information-related challenges facing Social Housing organisations?
  • How can Lancaster University and Social Housing organisations work together to raise understanding of data usage and demonstrate how improvements can be made?

We will be joined by Drs Ruonan Sun and Oliver Bates who will explain the key concepts of data maturity and its potential applications within the social housing sector. We will also hear from Ella Worsthorne (Head of Information at NHS Pennine Care) about digital transformation in the NHS.

We will then have an open discussion about information challenges in the social housing sector and look for potential collaborations between our organisations.
