Join us to explore the definition of disability, the various barriers that can be all too common for disabled people, and how we as allies can begin to enable positive change for those around us.

We will explore a range of topics including, the definitions and terminology surrounding disability and neurodivergence, the statistics, impact and research currently ongoing across the UK, and understanding the true purpose of allyship, including how to be a proactive, positive ally for disabled and neurodivergent colleagues, students and all those around us.

Perfect for all staff, new or old, in particular those in student-facing roles, and those with line management responsibilities.
