Alison Sedgwick
Student Programmes CoordinatorProfile
I have worked in Educational Research since 1987. In the late 80s I was the administrator for the MSc in Advanced Learning Technology and CSALT (Centre for Studies in Advanced Learning Technology). In 1995 I became the administrator of the new and innovative Doctoral Programme in Educational Research. This part-time, structured PhD doctorate for experienced professionals in HE was ground-breaking in its format in 1995. The programme celebrated its 20th Anniversary in 2015 and saw the last Cohort commence in 2024. I currently look after the HEREE programme and the DPER-HE programme for Educational Research and I am based based in the FHASS PGR Hub.
