Profile

I am a final-year PhD student researching Indian Philosophy and Religion. My thesis examines the conceptual framework of bhakti (devotion) through the lens of two major Vedantic traditions, as represented by the 16th-century scholars Madhusūdana Sarasvatī and Jīva Gosvāmī.

Alongside my research, I teach and mark on undergraduate philosophy modules at the University, and I have completed the Associate Teacher Programme (ATP), which qualifies me to teach in higher education.

I am also part of a research group project, funded by the AHRC Catalyst Fund, exploring the value of resistance within Arts and Humanities scholarship today.
