Library staff are available to support you throughout the day, offering enquiries support through a range of channels. You can contact us by phone or email and can book appointments for more detailed discussions with Faculty Librarians and Learning Developers.

We are also pleased to offer an online chat service from our Library website and OneSearch pages 24/7. During term time, you can chat to a member of LU Library staff from 8am to 10pm. At other times, through a partnership with other libraries both in the UK and overseas, our chat service is still available so no matter when you contact us there will always be a librarian on hand to help.
