Library Services Advisors
The Library Services Advisor team delivers frontline support to our academic community in-person and online. Offering a welcoming presence at the Library throughout the day and evening, we maintain the building as an inclusive and excellent learning environment and help students navigate our collections, find resources, and provide access to a range of equipment to aid learning. Alongside our in-person work, the team also runs the Library chat service, offering the same high-quality support to those accessing the Library online. As the first point of contact, we triage queries and connect students to specialist Library services to ensure students get the appropriate level of support. The LSA team also runs regular wellbeing events during term time, giving students a chance to take a pause from their studies, relax, and enjoy a brew and a chat.
