What's on in the Library February 2023
February is LGBTQ+ History Month
Lancaster University, in partnership with the LGBTQ+ Forum and Lancaster University LGBT+ Staff Network have coordinated a series of activities and resources to recognise and celebrate LGBT+ History Month, including:
· ‘Behind the Lens’ display – Library Stairwell (A Floor) 7th – 28th February
· LGBT+ History Month book display curated in partnership with the LGBTQ+ Forum – Library A Floor 7th – 28th February
· LGBT+ History Month film screening – Thursday 9th February at 6pm. Place your vote from the shortlist selected in partnership with the LGBTQ+ Forum and LGBT+ Staff Network from 1st February on Lancaster University Library Instagram.

Lancaster University Reads...
To recognise Holocaust Memorial Day at Lancaster University Library on Friday 27th January, we are making Lily’s Promise by Lily Ebert available as an ebook and audiobook through the Libby app.
Lily’s Promise is a memoir of Lily Ebert’s experiences during the Holocaust. This title is available to all with no limit on numbers of borrowers from 23rd Jan to 12th of Feb. We will be hosting a virtual book club to facilitate discussion about the book through the Library's Instagram account.
Library and Information Literacy Programme workshops
The Library and Information Literacy Programme is designed to help students, researchers and staff to learn information literacy skills, develop a critical approach to dealing with information and to make the best use of the physical and digital library. Book onto a workshop.
