University Zen Meditation Group. Our last meeting of this academic year. Each week we meditate, and we explore different aspects of its practice. 5pm – 6.15pm. All welcome. Intro meditation instruction for first-timers available before each meeting, 4.40pm - 5pm.

The meditation practice we follow, called Zazen, can help us live in a more connected, authentic and centred way. We learn to sit still with an open and alert mind, accepting thoughts and feelings that arise without judgementalism, and without getting caught up in them. This can be transformative and open up a more inclusive and rounded basis and perspective for us. There is meditation, and each week we explore a different aspect of this practice. Our style of practice encourages our integrating a meditative perspective with our everyday daily life.

Newcomers are welcome - no previous experience is necessary. Free of charge.
