Wanlin ZhangPhD student
Wanlin Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate at the ImaginationLancaster Design Research Center, Lancaster University, UK. With a background in product design and social innovation, she has been involved in a number of design projects and funded research projects both in China and UK. Her current thesis centers on design interventions in traditional making practices in the Chinese context. Her research interests include culturally significant designs and products, design for sustainability, craft-design collaborations, and Intangible Cultural Heritage.
My Ph.D. research is funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC).
