Combining the toning and strength work of Pilates with some of the most effective stretches, postures and relaxation methods from Yoga, experience a total mind and body overhaul with these free 45 minute classes for Cartmel students!
Sessions take place in the Harpley Lounge (above Pendle Bar) in Pendle College, every Friday during term-time, 12.30-1.15pm
Mats are available to borrow or bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in and be prepared to take off your shoes :)
