University Mental Health Day

Students and staff are welcome at the Chaplaincy Centre, where the College Wellbeing Officers and Transitions team are collaborating with our Spiritual Care Co-ordinator to provide this well-being day.
Take some time out, enjoy free food, drinks and crafting, try mindfulness or walk the labyrinth, practice Tai Chi with the Confucius Centre, make a dream catcher with Green Lancaster, or book a free massage taster.
Connect with others, learn something new, meet your support organisations.
Everyone welcome between 11-3 at the Chaplaincy Centre on the 9th March.
