Nathan's Story

Nathan, Management, Politics and International Relations graduate, is a Co-Founder and Director of The Speaker, a digital media company turned non-profit on a mission to inspire the next generation in politics. 
 
Shortly after joining Lancaster University, Nathan came across the Work in Progress Community and since then has attended various events including Let's Talk, Pitch Club and the Social Media Bootcamp. 

As well as attending sessions to seek support, Nathan has helped facilitate events to give back to the Community and support others in their entrepreneurial journeys, including at Let's Talk and during Welcome Week.

Here’s what Nathan had to say about WIP: 

‘It has been a big part of my university experience. Work in Progress has offered incredible support through its drop-in sessions, pitch club, and one-to-one sessions. Being able to discuss ideas with others has played a key role in allowing The Speaker's growth and success.'
