Do you shop vintage? Brand-new isn’t necessarily best. In this stand-alone session, you will work in a group to create ideas around sustainable fashion.
You will collaboratively create ideas that address desires and challenges faced by people buying, selling, giving, or wearing second-hand clothes/shoes.
The Sustainability Idea Jams are stand-alone sessions in which participants collaborate to create ideas to address a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal. These sessions are suitable for anyone who is interested in sustainability, teamwork, or creative methods. You do not need to consider yourself creative as these methods are designed to help all types of people work together to create valuable ideas.
These sessions are for the fun of exploring ideas. If you decide to take any idea forward after the session you will be given support to develop it.
This event is part of the Ustart project which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Northern Powerhouse scheme.
