In this session you’ll get a great foundation for understanding how businesses fit together holistically to create value. You’ll work with others to explore how to unpick and understand any organisation through the lens of a visual tool called the ‘Business Model Canvas.’

You’ll learn live with peers, and a local business owner manager hands on to unpack their businesses parts and narrative.
