You can contact our Dean and College Community Assistants by emailing FyldeDean@lancaster.ac.uk. However, for issues requiring immediate response, such as a noise disturbance, please call Fylde Porters at 01524 593401.
If you have a fault in the accommodation or something that needs repairing, you can report it yourself via the LUFix section of the iLancaster app. In an emergency, you can also alert the Porter by calling 01524 593401. If you have an emergency or need to report anti-social behaviour or noise, you can call the Fylde Porters directly at 01524 593401 at any time of day or night. They can attend to assist and report on the situation for follow-up by the College Officers. In their absence, contact security on 01524 594541.
If you are on campus, dial 999 from any internal telephone line and you will be connected to the Security Reception, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From a mobile phone, telephone Security on 01524 594541.
If you are off campus, call 999 to connect straight to the emergency services or go to your local accident and emergency department.
