Adam Trepak is the College Manager and your first port of call for all queries or problems. Drop into the College Office for everything from College Awards information, college merch, booking of the Common Room or Group Study Room, to accessing wellbeing support and engaging in the College. Or just stop by for a chat!
Emily Reece, the Accommodation Manager, is responsible for all accommodation-related matters within the College. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns or worries about any aspect of your accommodation. She is here to help make your time with us on-campus as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
The Dean is a senior member of the College who aims to ensure that the College is a safe and enjoyable environment. Rachel Heah, the current Dean, is responsible for all disciplinary matters within the College and is aided by the College Community Assistants who are postgraduate students and live in the College.
Kirsty Thornton, the Senior Advisor, is responsible for the welfare and support of Fylde students and manages the College’s Advisory Team (CAT). Read more about our welfare in Fylde.
The Dean is supported in their work by two College Community Assistants (CCAs). For the 2025/26 year, these are Mo and Leanne. The CCAs are postgraduate students who assist the Dean with disciplinary matters, and they can also signpost you if you require welfare support. You can contact them to discuss any issues that may be concerning you by emailing FyldeDean@lancaster.ac.uk.
College Porters are available 24 hours a day for the majority of the year and are responsible for mail, room keys, and general security in and around the College. You can always ask the porters if you need help or information, or if you have any sort of problems, day or night.
