College Team

People are at the heart of any community, and Fylde College has a great team working behind the scenes to make your experience the best it can be.

Adam Trepak

College Manager

Adam is your first port of call for all queries or problems. Drop into the college office for everything from scholarship information, memorabilia, college advisor information, booking the Common Room or Focus Room, Lancaster Award information… or just a chat.

Accommodation Manager

The Accommodation Manager is responsible for all accommodation-related matters within the college. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns or worries about any aspect of your accommodation. They are here to help make your time with us on campus as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

College Dean

The College Dean is a senior member of the College who aims to ensure that the College is a safe and enjoyable environment. The Dean is responsible for all disciplinary matters within the College, and is aided by the College Community Assistants, who are postgraduate students who support the college community.

College Community Assistants

The College Community Assistants (CCAs) are postgraduate students who assist the College with events and activities, disciplinary matters, and accommodation and community-related support. They can also signpost you to welfare resources.

College Senior Advisor

The Senior Advisor is responsible for the welfare and advisory support of Fylde students and manages the College’s Advisory Team (CAT). Read more about our welfare support in Fylde.

College Advisory Team (CAT)

The College Advisory Team (CAT) is made up of University staff who work to offer you support and direction on any aspect of student life, from homesickness to anxiety. Led by the Senior Advisor, they can support you with matters such as homesickness, anxiety, and other areas, and can support you in having the best university experience.

College Porters

College Porters are available 24 hours a day for the majority of the year and are responsible for mail, keys, and general security in and around the college. You can always ask the porters if you need help or information, or if you have any sort of problem day or night.

JCR - Junior Common Room

Each undergraduate college has a Junior Common Room (JCR), which is made up of every student in the College - YOU! The JCR is represented by the JCR Exec, which is an elected body of students who promote College spirit and inclusion within the College community through social, cultural, sporting and other activities.
