Title: Machine learning in healthcare: Some of the challenges and opportunities

Brief bio: Ramin Ramezani is currently the Chief Technologist for the Center for Smart Health and Associate Adjunct professor within the Department of Computer Science at UCLA. His work has been primarily focused on using AI in healthcare. His research varies from analyzing large healthcare datasets to designing and implementing tools and algorithms for remote patient monitoring. Ramin Ramezani received his PhD in Artificial Intelligent from the Department of Computing at Imperial College London, MSc in Digital Signal Processing from University of Lancaster and BSc Computer Science from Bangalore University.
