A series of events about regeneration and the environment to accompany the Lancaster Environment Lecture 2023.

O n 24th May 2023, George Monbiot will deliver the annual Lancaster Environment Lecture at Lancaster University.

J oin us for a series of events and talks inspired by, and in dialogue with, George's work, focusing on ideas of regeneration and renewal across the arts, social sciences and humanities.

• T ake a moment for reflection with eco-mindfulness and yoga.
• E njoy sustainable tasters of food grown on campus.
• F ind out about Lancaster researchers' pioneering work in areas like environmental law, creative arts, poetry and translation.

Please note that you will require a separate ticket to attend the Many Worlds film screening (which can be booked here) and George Monbiot's talk in the evening of 24th May.

T he Regenesis Festival is funded by Lancaster University's Engagement Team, Lancaster Environment Centre, the Department of Sociology, Department of Langauges and Cultures and Lancaster University Law School at the University of Lancaster.

The Lancaster Environment Lecture 2023 is organised by Lancaster University and LitFest.
