Mantz Yorke’s research interests are predominantly connected to students’ experiences of higher education, covering areas such as student success, employability, assessment and retention. Less directly connected to students’ actual experiences is his work on institutional research, performance indicators, the analysis of sectoral data (e.g. relating to honours degree classifications and the National Student Survey), and research methodology per se.
