Accessing College Services


Following recent government advice, we have considered how we can continue delivery of college services while safeguarding the health and well-being of our students and staff. Some of our activities will need to be delivered differently for the time being, details of which are below, and we ask for your understanding and patience during this challenging time.

College Support Team

Wellbeing support continues to be available via the College Support team who can be contacted at fyldecat@lancaster.ac.uk. The team are providing a remote service, and in response to your email query you may be contacted by return email or by telephone call, and if necessary a Teams/Skype appointment may be arranged.

Fylde Deanery Team

The Deanery team can be contacted at fyldedean@lancaster.ac.uk as per normal processes. You may be contacted by email or by telephone, and Teams appointments will be arranged if necessary.

If you wish to report a breach of regulations that requires immediate attention (i.e. noise disturbance) then please contact Fylde College Porters on 01524 593 401, or you can visit the Porters Lodge to make your report. If the Porter is unavailable then please call the University Security team on 01524 594 541 who will be able to assist you.

College Manager, Adam Trepak

For the time being, Adam will be working remotely, however will be contactable via email fylde@lancaster.ac.uk. Please email in the first instance. If necessary, a phone call or teams meeting can be arranged.

Accommodation Team

The accommodation team continue to work remotely and maintain normal office hours. You should direct queries via email to fyldeaccommodation@lancaster.ac.uk

College Porters

24 hour support continues to be available via College Porters and Security staff. They remain your first port of call in the event of an emergency and can be contacted on 01524 593 401 (Porters) or 01524 594 541 (Security).
